Yoga for Cyclists

As with any sports people, cyclists use particular planes of movement which, although there is incredible strength and cardiovascular ability, can lead to tightness and constriction in the body.  When there is tightness, the risk of injury increases.

These yoga classes help to strengthen underused muscles and stretch out parts of the body that have stiffened up, increasing range of movement. Participants have also commented how it has helped their cycling style and performance too.

These hour long sessions are taught by Alison, a yoga teacher who has specialised in therapeutic approaches that complement sports activities. We’re sure you’ll leave feeling stretched and also refreshed.
