Liz is running a series of Essential Oils with Yoga workshops. This is the first and the theme is Tips for Better Sleep. On Sat 30th May at 5pm until 7pm.

Sleep is essential for our physical health, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing — yet so many of us find it hard to truly rest.
In this gentle evening workshop, you’ll learn how to support your body and mind for deeper, more restorative sleep using a combination of essential oils, simple yoga, and relaxation techniques.
We’ll begin by exploring a small selection of high-quality essential oils known to support sleep — and importantly, how to use them in a way that feels right for you.
You’ll then be guided through a slow, calming yoga practice, designed to release tension and help your nervous system shift into a state of rest.
This is not about doing more, or trying harder — it’s about learning how to unwind, soften, and prepare your body for sleep naturally.
You’ll leave feeling:

INTENSE SOUND BATH WITH JIM
Date: 20th June
Time: 6.00pm to 7.30pm
Join Jim for an intense sound bath at The Balance Rooms that is sure to set you up to get back into your life routine, helping you to let go of unneeded energy and begin the shift into longer days. The event will begin with a guided meditation that will then melt into sound from a variety of instruments, from four gongs to multiple crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, to percussion. The often intense physical vibrations from the gongs and bowls will help you stay present and will also help you sort through emotional issues that may be simmering underneath, leaving you feeling cleansed and refreshed as a result.

These welcoming outdoor sessions include yoga postures, breathing and relaxation to help you feel refreshed and restored.
The classes are suitable for beginners as well as those with previous experience, and you are always encouraged to move at your own pace.
