SOUND JOURNEY WITH JULIE

Join Julie for a relaxing sound journey at The Balance Rooms that is sure to set you up for Summer, helping you to let go of unneeded energy and move into the warmth with strength and focus. The evening will begin with breath and a guided meditation, that will flow into a sound bath, which will include a variety of instruments, as well as Julie's beautiful voice. The physical vibrations will help you stay present and will also help you sort through any emotions that may be simmering underneath, leaving you feeling cleansed and refreshed as a result.

INTENSE SOUND BATH WITH JIM    

​

Join Jim for an intense sound bath at The Balance Rooms that is sure to set you up for Autumn, helping you to let go of unneeded energy and move into the cooler nights with strength and focus. The event will begin with a guided meditation that will then melt into sound from a variety of instruments, from four gongs to multiple crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, to percussion. The often intense physical vibrations from the gongs and bowls will help you stay present and will also help you sort through emotional issues that may be simmering underneath, leaving you feeling cleansed and refreshed as a result.

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18TH, 6:30-9:00PM:

YOGA CIRCLE AND SOUND BATH IN DALBY FOREST: CELEBRATE THE AUTUMN EQUINOX

​

Join us on the First Floor of the Dalby Forest Visitor Centre for a special evening that will help you connect with Mother Earth at this pivotal time of balance and turning inwards. The evening will include a cacao ceremony, yoga, breathwork, and a relaxing guided meditation that will melt into a beautiful sound bath led by the remarkable Julie Keen. We will have yoga mats and blocks available, but please bring your own blankets and pillows if you wish to be warm and snuggled during the guided meditation and sound journey. There will be time for reflection and journalling upon the Autumnal Equinox, as well as homemade muffins and herbal teas after we come back to our bodies.

SOUND BATH WITH DENISE

​

Come and join us for a 90 minute sound journey with Denise Chadwick. Denise has been using sound in her energy healing work for almost 20 years. She recently added to her collection of instruments and is delighted to now be creating sonic vibrations with her 21 inch gong, her crystal and metal singing bowls, as well as her crystal pyramid, chimes, shakers, rain stick, and her soothing singing voice. The sound vibrations will move through you, balancing your body's energy systems and leaving you with a wonderful sense of calm and relaxation. We will have bed mats, blankets, and bolsters and eye pillows available for you to use, but please feel free to bring your own blanket and pillow if you prefer.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 10TH, 6:30-8:30PM:

YOGA CIRCLE IN DALBY FOREST: THE 8 LIMBS OF YOGA

 

Come and join us on the first floor of the Dalby Forest Visitor Centre for a special evening of movement and connection with likeminded spirits. The evening will open with a cacao ceremony, and will move into a discussion around yogic practices, and how they can be helpful for both elevating your energy, and relaxing you. We will then practice breathwork together before moving into a yoga practice, followed by a guided meditation. There will then be time to journal, the circle will close, and we can enjoy each other's company whilst having homemade muffins and herbal tea.
