Yoga Teacher
Laura Bunn
I started practising Yoga just over 20 years ago and began teaching 5 years ago. Throughout my adult life, Yoga has been the constant practice which has brought me stability and helped me to become a more calm and compassionate person. Working with the body and breath innately affects the nervous system. Practised regularly, Yoga enables us to focus the mind and realise how wonderful it feels to be present and still. I teach Hatha Yoga and love to deliver both Yoga history and theory as part of my classes.
I was very lucky to train with Zoe Martin and Paul Harvey, Paul having trained with TKV Desikachar in India for many years. I completed over 200 hours of study with them over 5 years and finally completed my teacher training with the wonderful Mike Hammond at Tall Trees Yoga Studio in Doncaster.

Yoga Teacher
Suzie Green
Hi, I’m Suzie. I’ve been practising yoga for 30 years and trained as a teacher in 2017. Around 10 years ago I discovered qigong and I love its calming, grounding and energising qualities. I continue to deepen my training in this ancient moving meditation.
Early mornings are my favourite time to practice. There's something special about starting the day on the mat — it sets the tone for the day ahead.
My Tuesday morning class is a yoga-qigong fusion. It's more of a wake-up than a workout. I’m passionate about sharing practices that help people release stress, feel good, and return to themselves. A 6.45am start will leave you feeling lighter, refreshed and uplifted.
Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your practice, come and discover what a Tuesday morning habit can do for you.
