Driven by a desire to provide support for clients with pain Claire completed a Diploma in Massage and a Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology in 2019.
To deepen her understanding of pain conditions Claire completed a year-long Advanced Clinical Massage training programme with Jing Massage in Brighton. This programme concluded in December 2021.
Claire’s expertise also extends to Scar therapy and Lymphoedema management.

What Does a Clinical Massage Therapist do?
Clinical Massage integrates Eastern and Western techniques, including trigger point therapy, fascial work, acupressure, and stretching, guided by a holistic biopsychosocial model and modern pain neuroscience, aiming for results within 1–6 sessions. It Improves mobility and function by increasing joint range of motion, agility, and movement while reducing daily pain levels. It is effective for a wide range of conditions, including back pain, sciatica, neck pain, migraines, frozen shoulder, sports injuries, joint, ligament and tendon issues, as well as fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, and plantar fasciitis.
